At SETTE Jewelry, we want you to be completely enamored with your new piece; if you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-engraved pieces and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original SETTE gift box and velvet pouch to ensure it remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
